Groups:

Group classes are for all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced.  Using speed, agility, balance, plyometrics, endurance, and strength training, this one-hour workout will create a better—healthier—you.

Classes are for one hour and can be held with up to seven people. If interested in a group or couples class, send me an email.

Couples:

Are you a couple or do you have a group of friends who want to work out and see results together? Training with someone you know can offer additional comfort but also a challenge.  If you are a coach, athletic director, or parent who is looking for a strength and conditioning program for your athletes, I hope that you consider CORE for your needs.
